DR. EARL F. HENDRIKZ, DC, CCSP

Dr. Hendrikz is the Founder and Clinic Director of ChiroSport Clear Lake and Executive Director of Clear Lake Integrative Medicine. Prior to ChiroSport, Dr. Hendrikz was part-owner and Lead Doctor at HealthWorks Spine & Sport (Clear Lake, TX) which grew 3-fold under his leadership.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. H attended Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada for undergraduate work and received his Doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College. He is a Board-certified in Sports Chiropractic, full-body certified in Active Release Technique at the IronMan level with advanced training in several additional ART certifications, and holds certifications in Graston technique, Rock Tape and as a medical provider by the Titleist Performance Institute and formerly certified by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians as a Designated Doctor for Texas Worker Compensation.

Dr. H also holds 2 Personal Trainer certifications and an additional certification in Advanced Human Performance from Baylor Sports Medicine Institute. His undergraduate education is in x-ray technology and he worked for many years in the medical field but it was his time as a personal trainer and Fitness Manager for a large gym that drew him to seek alternatives to traditional medicine. 

Dr. Hendrikz is a broad-scope chiropractor who specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries to athletes and non-athletes alike. Having completed specific training in treating soft tissue injuries, he takes a functional approach for structural and soft tissue issues combining these with nutrition, joint manipulation and functional rehabilitation. Additionally, he has a special place in his heart for family care having treated patients as young as 8 hours old and as old as 85 years young. Also his favorite color is purple (if you can't tell) and if you ever have an appointment at which he's not wearing purple somewhere on his person, your visit will be complimentary.
